Back Again Blazer @ EDV
Although they’ve reworked their Blazer recipe, this remains a rich, warm digestive style drink, and is still the ultimate showpiece. Ron Zacapa 23, arguably the best rum in the world, is fired with walnut liqueur, banana glaze and Porter beer. The perfect nightcap!

Espresso Zabaione @ EDV
This is one delicious espresso cocktail! The base is Smirnoff Black 55 vodka, coffee and maple syrup stirred down. Layered on top is a saffron and vanilla mousse which they freeze with liquid nitrogen to create a frozen cap. Crack through the cap and enjoy the goods. Best to try this with Makers Mark, Don Julio Blanco or Zacapa
