Espresso Zabaione @ EDV


This is one delicious espresso cocktail! The base is Smirnoff Black 55 vodka, coffee and maple syrup stirred down. Layered on top is a saffron and vanilla mousse which they freeze with liquid nitrogen to create a frozen cap. Crack through the cap and enjoy the goods. Best to try this with Makers Mark, Don Julio Blanco or Zacapa
