Claire De Lune is a R&B artist who is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. New Lion is her debut album and it shows a very confident, young artist who leaves it all on out on the table. the EP is made up of 7 tracks and finishes in 22 minutes but the songs somehow seem longer and more drawn out. The beats off this record all revolve around downtempo rhythms but there are some really interesting funk guitar sections as well as some neo pop elements that sound rather nostalgic.
